President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has met with the visiting Chinese Minister of Foreign Affairs, Wang Yi, at the State House in Abuja.
Yi, a member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, is in Nigeria for a two-day working visit.
Tinubu’s welcoming of Yi was disclosed via a video shared by the Special Assistant to the President on Social Media, Dada Olusegun, on Thursday, January 9.
The caption reads: “President Bola Ahmed Tinubu receives in the audience, H.E Wang Yi of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China at the State House, Abuja.”
